I sent my 2008 Prius touchscreen in for repair. That cost was $300. They emailed that it could not be repaired but could be replaced for an additional $199.00. I paid that fee but haven't received my unit back. they do not answer their phone or my emails. It has been over 2 months. Resolution Sought Send me my used working touchscreen that I have paid $500.00 for as they promised.

Initial Complaint 10/05/2022 German Audio Tech in Long Beach CA. My shipping number USPS **********************, shipped 9/14/2022. The radio received on 9/16/2022 at their address the information on line indicated 3 to 4 days turnaround time. Have been unable to contact anyone by phone or e mail to find out when this unit will be repaired and sent back to me.Both telephone numbers listed on line are useless. The ************* number will not record or accept messages and the ************ number is never picked up. I have also sent 13 e mails. The only response on the emails was a request for a tracking number. I have to assume they need to verify I sent it, and are asking for my tracking number to their location. I am still waiting for a response? Please note I ordered some dash lamps from this same company and received them with no problems. The CC company will credit my account but if I dispute the charge, I am still out a very expensive radio. I have to dispute the charge within 60 days of 9/14/2022 Need them to acknowledge the receipt of the radio Repair it with in the 60 days aloud by cc company I purchased a on line service repair for 99.95, for a set price repair on a MB radio. I shipped the radio to Or send it back as it was. I have all serial numbers and model numbers Resolution Sought cc company already credit my account for the service not performed. I am still trying to get the radio back... they sent a e mail yesterday saying i have to get the service plus i have to reinburst them for $30.00 that the cc company charged as a dispute fee ??? I Just want the Radio back..
