I ordered a memorial necklace from this website who had good reviews. Upon receiving the necklace which came almost a month late. The picture quality was horrible as it's so bright. You can barely see the picture as I had a picture, put in for a memorial of a family member who passed away. The picture was horrible. In the beginning. They said if the picture was not suitable, they would respond and ask for a better picture. They didn't. Instead, they bright in the picture, so bright to where you can barely see it. I have worn the necklace two times and now the stones are falling out.. I have emailed this company at least 10 times because they have no phone number and I have yet to hear a response about anything. I just want either my necklace fixed or my money back as this was a special present for somebody in my family and we just lost somebody and it was a picture of them on the necklace. They do not have no way to contact them besides email and they never respond. But they send out emails daily about specials going on in daily promotions. I do not recommend you to order from this company. You have no way to contact them and your necklace will be falling apart in no time. And this is supposed to be a memorial website so these necklaces and other items are special pieces for people. It's just a sad situation. All I wanted was a response and to talk to them about what was going on and I can't even get that Resolution Sought I would like the business to reach out to me to talk about what's going on and either get a refund or get them to fix my necklace or make me a new one with a new picture that's visible, and where the stones are not gonna fall off after two times of wearing the necklace.
