I ordered a product from this company in June of this year. They took out another $69.99 out of my account today, Oct. 14. I called customer service, told them I did not order it and wanted the money placed in my account. She said I was obligated to pay for it Resolution Sought Replace the money in my account

On June 19, 2022 I ordered Get Trim Life, within five minutes I tried to cancel my order and they wouldn't let me cancel. I tried getting a phone number and could not get one. I ordered this because they had a picture of Joyce Meyers and the caption said "The weight loss industry was outrage over Joyce Meyers latest Business Venture helping women melt body fat and get ripped in just weeks". So naive me belived this because I follow her on Facebook and she is a Christian. So when I couldn't get thru to Get Trim Life I called Joyce Meyers office. They told me that she does not promote this product. So now I know I was scammed. Now I call my credit company and they tell me they cannot do anything right now that I would have to wait 48 hours to see if it post. So I call them back after 48 hours and put in my complaint. So now at the end of the month when I get my statement there is a telephone number next to the charge when at the time I couldn't get one on line. In the mean time I moved and on July 9 I receive a package from them from Fed Ex. So on July 9 I returned the package via Fed Ex in Saugus MA unopened. Now one month later I call them on the number from my charge account and they say they did not receive my package and what was the tracking number. I told them they did not give me one because it was considered a Happy Return and no tracking number comes with a Happt Return. So I asked for a number I could call to complain and the man Nicola said he could not give me a Resolution Sought I would like my $199.99 credited back to my credit card
