I ordered an automatic transmission shifter for my Cadillac and found the product on their website I knew there were certain categories that you had to be in clear detailed with the shifter being that the shifter can come with either the bar on the left or right side long story short they sent me the wrong part keep in mind even though I paid for the product I had to pay for shipping so I contacted them saying that I needed to send the part back they sent me the wrong part they gave me the instructions on how to send the part back little did I know I had to pay for shipping again which was $27 to ship it back to them long story short they received the product back at their facility it was signed for never used nothing whatsoever now I'm waiting on them to refund my money and I still haven't heard anything I contacted them and I had to keep contacting them about well I discovered that I have a new debit or credit card so I needed to let them know how can they refund it since the car that I purchased it on it's no longer existence they told me they can do it by PayPal also well I'm still waiting because I don't exactly know how should I give them my PayPal number when all they said they need is the email well to my surprise they will not return any emails but they say you can chat to them through their live chat service which they just don't answer it so long story short I should have did my homework and look at all the reviews how they messed up on everybody else Resolution Sought The full refund for shipping both ways and the full refund for the product that I have returned to them no exception
