Privy provided properties that were supposed to be off market. Only most properties in the areas I selected to use were on the market or had been sold. Owners of properties were not listed along with other property information as shown during all the training sessions. The program was limited in the search engines in helping finding leads to sellers or buyers. It seemed to not provide the assistance promised or shown during training. The program is over priced for what you would expect to have access to in finding properties and some listings were not obtainable. Resolution Sought Refund my renewal fee that I was charged for. There was no email for renewal or training received for months.

We apologize that the service and product did not live up to your expectations. We are always striving to do better and always take our customer feedback very seriously. In terms of the renewal, all of our subscriptions are on auto-renewal basis. This is listed in our Terms of Service: https://www.getprivynow.com/terms-of-service, which our customers do agree to upon signing up. We also offer training 2 times a week and this is provided in email reminders and in our app with sign up links. With that said, we will refund your account and hope that if you have the need for our product again, you'll come back in the future. I did try to find a payment with your email associated and was unable to find one. Can you please reply back with the email address associated with your payment so we can initiate the refund?
