Have not picked up trash for last two and half weeks and paid in advance for four months. Resolution Sought Have trash picked up.

This company does not fulfill the contract agreement. My trash day is supposed to be Tuesdays, they never come until Wednesday if they come at all. I have had to call and email them almost every week in this past year. Everyone says and promises something different. Yet cut me off for non payment even though services rarely rendered. Resolution Sought Pick up as promised. Credit my account for missed service days at least 6. Reinstate my service and fulfill their commitment.
