Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

GFL recently transferred their residential trash/recycle pickup to Priority in my area. Nothing was sent out to consumers to notify them, help set up with the new company etc… They also missed their last pick up 6 days ago so our neighborhood association is littered with over flowing fluorescent green trash containers. Absolutely no information has been sent out- a refunded amount for trash/recycle services not received, when and if the new company is and will pick up. I am thoroughly disgusted by the moral ineptitude of a company I supported and trusted in for years. To completely ghost hundreds, maybe thousands of customers with trash continuously piling up is absolutely unacceptable. Resolution Sought Reimburse their former contacts for the improvised services, time spent arranging other vendors and a public apology for their clear lack of professionalism would be a decent start.

GFl Environmental is charging me after I stopped service. This company does not answer it's # they say to call on the bill. Requested no service twice, once by register mail after April's bill by letter still receiving bills totalling 92.85 which I will not pay. This company has thousands of complaints as you well know Resolution Sought Stop my billing as requested as of 1 May 2022
