Man was called to fix air conditioner at my apartment at Lomas Gardens and gave me the bill. He and the apartment manager were trying to squeeze money out of me that I don't have. He lied to me about being involved with my apartment manager. I believe they were attempting to scam me. Be aware Resolution Sought Be forthright and stop trying to scam people who barely have enough money to live on. I think he shouldn't be licensed .
