My complaint is GHC living is refusing to fix my door that maintenance had broken. This started on March 23 2023 when maintenance came to my apartment to work on my tube while I was at work. When I came home from work I tried to unlock my door but my key wouldn't turn so I tried the button lock and fortunately I was able to enter my apartment building but that's when I realized that the deadbolt was not working properly. So I made the maintenance request and someone came to my apartment and I was watching the maintenance person working on my door through my security camera, all that was done was he sprayed WD40 on the lock that didn't need to be repaired I specifically said top deadbolt lock and left a note saying that there is not a key for the lock which is false because I'm using the same for almost two years . So I called the office mentioning that my key still wouldn't work that's when I was giving a number to call other maintenance person that specializes in door locks his name is Peter and I called explaining the situation and he did the same thing sprayed WD40 on the lock he called me and left a voicemail stating what was done so I tried moving the key around like he said in the voicemail but that didn't work so I called him again and he said he was going either fix the deadbolt or replace it yet nothing is done.
