I went to see Doug Ghee and he said he could help me but he never called. I had to end up making an appointment with him to see him again and he ask for a retainer of a 1000.00 so I paid him in cash and he never called so I went back to see him and he told me that he couldn't represent me due to a conflict of interest bc his daughter represented my child's father 7 years ago which made no sense to me and I ask him for my money back and he said that he called another attorney for me to call her and make an appt with her so I did. But he hasn't gave me my money back and he didn't do anything.. Resolution Sought I would like a refund so I can pay another attorney who will help..

Company states; I am glad to refund to Ms., Miller the $1000.00 which she paid me. I did refer to another attorney due to a possible conflict on my part. I was awaiting to hear from her newly retained attorney and is she wanted me to send the refund to her or to the new attorney. I will await direction on where and to whom she wishes the refund to be sent. Sincerely, M. Douglas Ghee
