Louis Cardona, owner of this business, has continually rescheduled or ignored text and calls to fix the problems they were aware of the day they laid the floor. Promised to come back, said there reputation was important and they would fix the problems. This was the end of November and the last reschedule was June 24 which they didn't make or call. When I called I left message, Did not return call. I left a text and again nothing. This is my only alternative. He left closet brackets off one bedroom so no closet doors. There is wood pieces out to the cement floor between kitchen and laundry room(high traffic area). Three areas in living room that wood is bowed off floor. They also broke a castor wheel off antique mahogany piano which now has a piece of wood under it. They are just a few of the items that were on the list to be corrected and was told to trust them. Resolution Sought I would like a percentage of my money back to hire someone to take care of piano and hire someone that can fix flooring problems along with closet brackets and tile that were broken along with baseboards that were knocked out .
