There were no carts outside the enter door
Numerous complaints here. 1. There were no carts outside the enter door. 2. I got called "wild" and yelled at by the young man counting people as they go in for going back out to get a cart. 3. No sanitation tools for the customers entering the door or anyone cleaning the carts or offering to. 4. All the employees seem to be yelling across the store talking about everything except for work. It's very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. 5. When I did ask for help I was ignored the first 3 times I tried to get the persons attention, once I did manage to get their attention respectfully I was given attitude like I interrupted. 6. I know this is a stressful time for everyone and the norm isn't the norm anymore but I still believe in providing the best customer service at all times. After all, I am an instacart shopper. I felt very uncomfortable in the store and I will not return, which is very disappointing because it is the closest Giant to me. I knew moving from Montgomery county would be different but I didn't expect a lack of customer service. Provide their employees with the necessary training on exceptional customer service standards and professionalism that Giant foods as a whole expects. I also want some type of compensation, I hate asking for anything in this economical crisis but my mental and physical health was affected and put at risk.
