We paid David Gibbs a down payment to start an A-frame building off of our barn (for materials) on 6-28-2021. He has not done the job. David Gibbs said several times he would just give us our money back, but has failed to do that also. We have the contract, canceled check, and text messages from David saying that he would refund our money. Resolution Sought We would like our money refunded to us, on the fact that he hasn't done the job.
