On 8/27/22 I had the owner Kevin Mitchell of Gifted Hand LLC to give estimate for painting family room. On 8/30/22 I cashapp $300 deposit required to start job. He never showed, always had an excuse!! After several attempts of asking for refund, I referred to BBB complaint #18046218. In his response he stated he'd refund within 7 business days. Because of his work load, he was unable to do the job. As of today 10/17/22 still no refund and on 10/14/22, the BBB closed case as "UNRESOLVED". I am still asking for the $300 deposit be refunded. His last excuse was that he was leaving for Florida on 10/8/22 to help hurricane victims and that he would refund my deposit on Friday, 10/7/22. Cell #'s 314 565-8244 and 314 475-0561. Resolution Sought Refund $300 deposit.
