We are paying this company $90 and our service has been terrible. We call and report outages of our internet and they claim they will look into it and fix the connection but it is out daily. Sometimes the entire night and day. We continue to pay and we don't even get the service they are offering. Resolution Sought They need to either refund our service or seek better service. No one comes here, they fix it via phone. It'll connect again hours later and only work in and out for 2-3 hrs and then go back out again.

Unknown. The bill was supposedly lowered but it was this last billing cycle. They said they changed network speed not sure how to know for sure if this is accurate.
