I would like to know is what this business by me justifiable I didn't even have the car two months and they repossessed it twice and when I went down to pay my car note, they repossess the car the same day and then I got insurance but I did not get 500 deductible I got 1000 and than kept the item in the vehicle lied to me stating that they gone didn't give me a chance to retrieve my items. And I also have text messages from the business to me my items are gone Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed my item that was inside the vehicle ..

After Repossession your welcome to get your belongings, Once the cars are cleaned out and processed for resale the personal belongings if not claimed are discarded. Ill be glad to look into this further. If memory serves you also did a case with BBB that we responded to. What item are you referring to ? We are always here to help if possible.
