I ordered a foot massager and when I received it I was out of town. When I got back and opened the package I saw the foot massager and the controller. After I tried to use the massager it kept cutting off. When I went to the website I noticed that they had sent me the wrong controller. I contacted the company and was told I exceeded the 10 day return time. I explained that I was not trying to return the unit I was trying to get the correct controller that went with the foot massager I even sent then two pictures one of the correct controller and one of the one that came with the massager. I told them that they did not hold up their end of the deal by sending me the wrong controller and all I want is the right one. Resolution Sought Either send me the right controller that go to the unit or refund my 35.96 to my American Express card.
