I have been trying to make a return. I have tried to call for 3 days. The recording always states that there's no agents available. It forces you to leave a voicemail if you want someone to call you back. No one calls back. I've also tried to use the chat support feature on their website. No one has replied to those messages in over 48 hours, I've asked for a return label to be sent an item to be picked up from my home as it's extremely heavy. With no response. At this point, I'm going to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Resolution Sought Process a return for the item I purchased.
