I hired Frank Valenzuela to convert a single sink vanity to a two sink vanity. The day after he left it was leaking. He claimed to be a licensed contractor. I had to pay another 400.00 to a plumber to fix it . The plumber said that it was no where near code. I called Frank to get my back and he just hung up the phone on me. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund
