Payment was made of $500 for mariachi services. The day of the event I called Mr. Molina to see where they were as it was an hour past the time agreed of them showing up. He stated that the group was not feeling well and would look for more people to show up to the event. We didn't hear back, therefore asked for a refund. He keeps making excuses and 2 weeks later, have yet to receive my refund. Anybody else with other issues please reach out as I'm filing a claim against this man and the company because they are scamming people of their money. Resolution Sought Receive my refund

Requested a Mariachi for September 18, 2021 from Glamour Entertainment and services were paid for but not rendered. I called Jose Molina the day of the event and he stated that musicians were afraid to come to San Diego due to being undocumented. He stated a refund would be made but each time I contact him he makes excuses. Resolution Sought I need a refund for $500
