Payment was made of $500 for mariachi services. The day of the event I called Mr. Molina to see where they were as it was an hour past the time agreed of them showing up. He stated that the group was not feeling well and would look for more people to show up to the event. We didn't hear back, therefore asked for a refund. He keeps making excuses and 2 weeks later, have yet to receive my refund. Anybody else with other issues please reach out as I'm filing a claim against this man and the company because they are scamming people of their money. Resolution Sought Receive my refund

Requested a Mariachi for September 18, 2021 from Glamour Entertainment and services were paid for but not rendered. I called Jose Molina the day of the event and he stated that musicians were afraid to come to San Diego due to being undocumented. He stated a refund would be made but each time I contact him he makes excuses. Resolution Sought I need a refund for $500

Company states: I was going to send a refund by Zelle, but it wasn't working. Now it's working, but I need her to confirm the correct spelling of her first and last name and her phone number. Please ask her to send me a text with this information to (213) 699-9708. Thank you.

Consumer writes: I text my Zelle account info to Mr. Molina. As of today, Oct. 6, I have not been contacted by Mr. Molina and have not received my refund via Zelle.
