I ordered a product from them. The produce arrived broken and missing pieces. I reached out to them and let them know. They told me they do not refund, return, or replace opened items. I responded how would I know if it was broken and damaged without opening it. They have not replied since . Resolution Sought Refund me my money they are shady.
