I was denied assistance in January 2023 from Mrs Fullenwinder stating I had a cross wiring problem in utility line Duke energy engineering submitted a statement saying nothing found next appointment in March she continued saying my problem still exists Duke engineering checked again June I asked Mrs Dill supervisor to assist me with getting my winter bill paid she was very arrogant also I asked for a statement of the findings from Duke energy Mrs Dill supervisor related Mrs Fullenwinder answer her findings were Verbal no documentation of proof of tampering with my meter to assist me Mrs Fullenwinder has paid my bill in the past on the same account and meter I have been wrongfully treated with a possible past hate to use authority in a government assistant program I Georgia Talley Jeter swear my statement is true. Resolution Sought Reinstate me to Gleamns for help getting help without an argument or police being called because of their wrong and using arrogant behavior talking to you unprofessional I can't climb a utility pole or have a meter key to tamper with a meter Mrs Cathy Fullenwinder has something against me that I don't know about to request a witch hunt on Verbal no documentation presented illegal intake application procedure and her job policy with Gleamns
