I bought a Dimplex 30 Electric Fireplace with remote it has a two year warranty. I bought it in April 2021. It worked for one day and wouldn't work after that. I have called numerous times to get them to send someone to fix this to no avail. Resolution Sought I would like to have them send someone to fix this immediately or I would like a complete refund. Please deal with my son in law with this as he is helping me out with this problem. I bought this. The phone number for Dimplex is 1-888-346-7539.
