I took my car to get my car inspected it didn't pass the inspection but I was told I need rear brakes and rotors. They took off my driver tire and for some reason my rear tire senors stop reading. They would not replace the sensor the sensor was reading before they replaced it. I was told that if the sensor was not there I would get a flat. Resolution Sought I want them to replace my senor that I paid 100.00 for.

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. Blount regarding her recent service at Glendale Service Station Inc. We would like to address the matter with full transparency and professionalism. Ms. Blount brought her vehicle in for a state inspection, during which it failed due to the condition of her rear brakes and rotors. We advised that the rear brakes and rotors needed replacement for the vehicle to pass inspection. This recommendation was based on safety concerns and standard inspection requirement. Regarding the issue with the tire sensor: at no point did our technician damage or remove any sensors during the brake and rotor replacement. Our records do not show any indication that the rear tire sensor was malfunctioning prior to or during our service. It is also important to clarify that the sensor is not a component that is typically affected during brake and rotor work. As a service center, we stand behind the work we performed and strive to provide honest and through communication with our customers. While we regret that Ms. Blount would like to bring her vehicle back in, we would be happy to inspect the sensor at no charge and provide a diagnostic report so that she has full clarity on the issue. Sincerely, Angelica Vasquez Operations Manager
