Horrible, this business hurts the pets customers take in for grooming. They lock the customers out as soon as they drop off their pets I had my experience on Tuesday March 26 2024 My father and I took our cockapoo, here and they shaved her beautiful curls, and they cut her nails, so short you can see the red marks on her she has bruises. I have photos evidence Their are lots of experience similar to mine in other reviews this place needs to be shut down. Resolution Sought I want this place shut down Either do better treat customers animals better or shut down.

Company states; Please be advised that we did nothing wrong when handling this customer's dog, we were very accomadating to her and her father. We had explained to her what had to done to her dog (50lb Doodle), which was in really bad shape when she brought her dog in to us. However, no refund or any further other services will be provided to this customer. Thank you, Owner,
