WORST COMPANY EVER JUST WANTS MONEY BUT NEVER MAKE ANY REPAIRS

I've moved in this property October 2021 and I've had problems since day 1. I paid a total of $3300 to move into a roach and rat infestation apartment. I've had no working heat since I moved in after making several complaints it's now March 2022 and still no heat I had to go out and buy multiple space heaters to keep myself and my disabled daughter warm. Everytime I turn I try to use my microwave or turn on to many lights a fuse blow and I've had to replace my groceries twice already without any reimbursemant. Rats and roaches is taking over the apartment and now there's some type of animal in the attic just running around making crazy noises. My car was recently damaged from rats making a nest in my engine and chewing on wires. No one every responds to my maintenance request. My ceiling looks like it's about to cave in several places in the apartment from the roof leaking. This has been the worst 5 months of my living experience and would not recommend.

Horrible company and service
I made appointments to view multiple properties 1st property was a no show after i waited 30min 2nd property i waited 45min and the maintenance man had to show it to me the 3rd property i was given the key lock code to look at the place myself without the realtor but i fell in love and placed deposit of 1,000 out of 1700 that was said to be the amount so that i could keep it off market and they could process my papers with section 8. I was told multiple times not to worry and that they were taking care of it and i found out 3days before I had to be out of my current apartment that they "couldnt come to a negotiation with sec8" and I only found out because they were attempting to stick me and my 3children in a hideous apartment i never even viewed let alone agreed to move into. I had received a lead brochure in my email and notice the address was wrong and when i mentioned it THAT IS WHEN THEY TOLD ME. I am handicap with 3kids ,one on the autism spectrum that receives in home services and they failed to tell me ANYTHING. I was incredibly upset. I could have been left homeless! They didnt care for the welfare of my children and that isnt even the craziest part. I went the next day to speak with section 8 and the director told me they lied because not only did they not call to speak and/or negotiate but they NEVER EVEN SENT IN THE PAPERS. the director of section 8 herself told me that there cant be a negotiation of price without any papers being submitted. I was furious! My children and I suffered such emotional trauma and distress with these people. They just have no clue how upsetting it was to be sold a dream only to be attempted to be pushed into a ghetto. I feel discriminated against and judged by stereotypes. They are incompetent, irresponsible and I do not wish anyone to go thru what we went thru.
