I ordered a surprise for my girlfriend. They told me the item was delivered. It was not delivered to her mail box or her front door. I gave it a day, nothing arrived the next day. I contacted them and had no response. I waited another day, no delivery. No response. They were right on time to take my money but not responsive at all when nothing was delivered. They don't care about your purchase or whether you receive it or not. They just care about where your original payment clears so they can rob you. Yeah it's only 30 bucks but I don't see them trying to give it back to me for a product I never received. I've emails and have all the emails I sent and no response, no reimbursement nothing. So this is my last resort to let others know that this is a sham. Resolution Sought I want my money reimbursed and I want better customer service for future people that may be stupid enough for ordering from this company. I am very upset from this place. They seem like a company that steals your money and they just stay quiet until your dumb enough to forget about it. Not me
