Paid for a gold VIP Forum card in August 14, 2021 and delivery charges in February 2022. Card was never delivered after paying out all this money. This card would have given me the access to concert tours, events, meet & greet, meeting members of the band , protection and security to the green room, specail secured concert seats and many more privileges. There have been many delays, excuses, and shortcomings. Once personal information is received it is entered into their database and the process begins. I have yet to receive this VIP card therefore, I as the paying fan and customer have been denied activation for these privileges…. There is no return on my investment. Resolution Sought I would like a reimbursement of my money for not delivering their part of the agreement…
