I was duped by signing a loan for 13000 with an interest rate for 23 and I have paid 7100 on the loan and they are quoting me as still owing 11400 on the loan. Resolution Sought Include all my principle paid towards the loan and bring the interest rate to 3 of the loan. I have been totally taken advantage of in this transaction.

Global Lending Extenstion Contract is not binding. Spoke with several different customer service workers all stating different policy and procedures. Per contract says within 1 business day per conversation it's 3 to 5 to process extension. We were unable to speak with Mangers and several workers stated they don't talk by phone. They were rude, overtaking, and belligerent. Resolution Sought Train customer service phone courtesy and treat all customers with respect. Abide by their Extension or change the processing day.
