I had called in spoke with a lady who granted a 2 month extension got the extension was for a month called at least 6 times to speak with her. Then we had family troubles so it slipped my mind Then on march 22 approximately I got a voicemail. Called and was told and told vechilecwas subject to repossession asked about the 2 month extension was told was only 1 month asked what happened lady spoke to supervisor and was told he or she would give the extension if I made a hundred dollar payment by Friday march 28. Called in on march 27 made payment asked about extension paper being sent transfer ed to a supervisor named Michelle asked about extension was told it was a mistake stated that I was lied to she Michelle stated she would not say that on a recorded line. I asked why she would stand by what another supervisor stated and was put on notes she stated it was correct and would not stand by it even though I kept my end of it Resolution Sought To have the extension granted because that's what's right

I am filing a complaint against Global Lending Services (GLS) for re-reporting a repossession account that was previously removed from my credit reports. The account is tied to an old address: 5307 Stanley Drive, Apartment 66, Little Rock, AR 72209. After GLS deleted the account, it was reinserted without proper notice, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Section 611(a)(5)(B). I did not receive the legally required notification or supporting documentation. I disputed this with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), but they marked it as "duplicate" despite new information. GLS has not conducted a proper investigation and continues to report inaccurate information. Resolution Sought > I request that Global Lending Services: Delete this account from all credit bureaus. Provide proof that the reinsertion followed federal law. Stop reporting inaccurate and outdated data.

April 10, 2025 Re: Account: xxxxxx8797 BCA ID: 99035407 Dear Ms. Brown, This letter is in response to your Business Consumer Alliance ("BCA") inquiry dated March 27, 2025. Global Lending Services LLC ("GLS") appreciates you bringing your concerns to our attention and providing us the opportunity to address them. On May 14, 2020, GLS repossessed the vehicle. On August 4, 2020, GLS sold the vehicle at auction and applied the proceeds to your principal balance. On August 6, 2020, GLS charged the account off due to non-payment. The account was past due for the January – August 2020 invoices. Please note, the debt is still owed. This is not a cancellation of payment. Our review of your credit reporting concerns determined that GLS has reported accurate information to the credit bureaus. GLS never stopped reporting the account to the credit bureaus. We encourage you to contact the credit bureaus directly regarding your specific concerns with their tradelines, as they could assist you with an explanation of their procedures. Our review also found that GLS sent all statutorily required notices related to the repossession and sale of the vehicle to the only address that has been on file for the life of the loan: 5307 Stanley Drive, Apartment 66, Little Rock, AR, 72209. GLS denies your request to remove the account or the repossession from your credit reporting because GLS is required to report accurately under the FCRA. GLS denies your request for a 1099-C form, as the debt was not cancelled or forgiven. As of today, your deficiency balance is $5,753.68.
