On today April 25, 3026 I spoke with manager Casey or Kacie about my account and the procedure that took place. She said that the system did not recognize the partial payment so they had the car repossessed deliberately without calling me and Mge Amy said a phone call is a courtesy. Mgr Casey or Kacie told me to keep making the CFPB compliant Ms snd the BBB compliant Ms because they are not going to do anything to us for wrongfully repossessing your vehicle and hung up in my face. She made me use profanity. Resolution Sought Return my vehicle without me having to pay any out of pocket expenses.

They deducted from my gap refund received on May 14, 2024. My account was paid off in full on April 15, 2024. The title was released to the new finance company in April 2024. Resolution Sought My entire refund of $943.80. $500 for the stress of dealing with their employees can't explain everything in it's entirety.
