Let me begin by warning the public that this company is owned and operated by scammers. Upon my mother's death, I had to mail her clothes to the funeral home in Florida where she was going to be laid to rest. I brought the clothes to this company, they boxed it for me and I paid for Next Day Air Saver. The package did not make it to the destination until after her funeral was over (3 days later). While we rushed to purchase her new clothes when I landed in Florida, due to the high cost of this shipping I asked Andre' the owner of this company for a refund. He told me that he filed a claim (which I found out he did not). He told me the claim was denied because the package was ultimately delivered. I contacted UPS directly and found out that they automatically refund the shipper within 3 days if the package does not arrive as contracted. So this owner was refunded by UPS and kept my money, so in my opinion he is a scammer as well as a lair. He should not be able to do business/operate in our honest town of Moody. It is horrible enough that we have dishonest people operating a business in our town, but under the circumstances with my mother's death, it just makes it that much worse. Please, please go someplace else, you can not trust these people. . Resolution Sought Refund
