Customer Complaint

April 29/2024, I sent a defective Generlink transfer meter to the address above. This package was sent and received on May 7 at 12:37 pm. I have called them 4times over the last couple months and I have never heard back from them once. They claim that they never received the package. I have given them the tracking numbers from the United States Postal Service and all other information they asked for and they still do not let me know about the parcel i shipped. The meters model #MA23-N is 2 years old and is under warranty. When i shipped the meter i put the address they gave me from a "goods authorization form" with everything they needed. The company acts like I am responsible for this problem and never tried to remedy this. Resolution Sought I would like them to find my meter, fix it or send me a replacement.
