My family and I had an incredibly positive experience shipping a 40 foot high cube container from Los Angeles, California to Dorado, Puerto Rico. We could not be any happier! Global Relocations offered full service shipping, which included packing, wrapping, creating an inventory list (Bill of Lading), loading, all of the paperwork and procedures in the port. They also took care of the delivery, unloading, re-assembly of any furniture they broke down, and removal of packing materials. The owners Hugo and Jenny patiently answered all of our questions, and after running into some really shady other companies at first, we finally felt safe and well taken care of. Needless to say, we are super happy with the results! The customer service and professionalism of Global Relocations is beyond amazing. Hugo took his time to explain the process and didn't leave anything out. No hidden cost or bad surprises! This company doesn't hire cheap labor, but they use their own crew members, who have been professional movers for many years and are very responsible and careful during the packing and loading process. We received our shipment without running into any problems, and we highly recommend Global Relocations for anyone's international shipping needs. They are honest and upfront, and you won't be disappointed. It took us months to research different companies to ship our household goods, and this was the ONLY company that did not raise any red flags. They truly know what they are doing...every step of the process.
