I reached out to this company to purchase a tv , I was told the tv would be delivered to my residence . I went down to sign my documents with intention of it being delivered , in which I was then told that the delivery fee was $250. I had already signed the loan and could not afford the delivery fee so I told them that I would bring a truck to pick the TV up instead. I returned the next day with the truck in tow and their worker helped me with the TV. Upon us taking the TV to the car, he mentioned to me that his shoulder was hurting him and we proceeded to pick the TV up and the TV fell in the store. The fall was minor so we kept going. I get home and the TV does not work. I reach out to the company to resolve an issue and they tell me that they do not cover physical damage. After reaching out to someone at a higher level, we agree that they will replace the TV so far as I give them the 250. They assured me that I will get the same TV. Fast forward to the day of the delivery of the TV., I get the TV and it's not the same TV and they are expecting me to pay my loan for a TV that is not the same value. I told them to take the TV back to replace it with my ex same exact TV and they tell me that that TV is no longer available after telling me they found the exact same TV. I also tried to reach out to Samsung because they said I have a warranty through Samsung in which Samsung did not fix the TV and not withheld my warranty agreement. Now I'm stuck with a TV that does not work . Resolution Sought I would like for my loan to be canceled and or my TV to be replaced with the exact same TV that I'm asking for nothing less
