I was told Service for a certain county jail in Georgia used globaltel and I had to put money on this phone account in order to speak with my friend. I discovered after calling the jail that this is not the correct website. Upon establishing my account, I never agreed to be charged $45.99 . There was not one thing on there that said anything about being charged when you added a card. I have been going round and round with this company. I can't get anybody to call me back. Had to communicate back-and-forth via email after being told I would get a call back from the billing department and they would contact me for a FULL refund.. which never happened. Their customer service literally kept messaging me the same email over and over and over again just by different people telling me I need to stay. I had to get angry to get my point across and that I can't use this account and I did not approve a $46 transaction. They're saying they can NOW ONLY give me a partial refund only 31$. and that they're not part of Better Business Bureau and could not file a complaint. Told them That's news to me still gonna try. This company is doing shady business and not being clear about any of it. I had to call and call and nobody answered the phone. The only way they will reply is email and, literally took a dozen emails to agree to give me $31 of $46. I don't even know if it was processed. Resolution Sought Give a COMPLETE FULL refund of $46

Well this my first time I have bother tha lock up told me to set up account wit global tel; well it's global tel link and global net. I suppose set up account with the global link, well I set it up wit global net I told these my situation I didn't know it was two different links they made me agree to something I didn't know but it wouldn't let me move on to the next page till I accept the agreement so they charge me 15 min refund charge $15 this is never heard of scam the lady I spoke seem like she was trying her best to give many many options to keep the account but once I told them that the system dnt knows for what I need the lady got rude told me I get my full refund and hung up the phone. now I got email saying they keeping 15 dollars services I never use. Resolution Sought Give my full refund I'm already struggling and I'm school

According to our terms and conditions which you agreed to during sign up - there is a non-refundable fee of $14.99. But as a courtesy, your account has been cancelled with full refund. Please note that it can take your bank up to 5-7 business days to show the refund details in your online statement.
