I ordered a goalie shirt for my son back on 7/11/22 ( order number 377158) but it had been 2 months I. still have not received my shipment ( they said it's within 2-3 weeks) I emailed capelli customer service ( they don't have phone contact) twice but received the same auto response email. I want to request a refund due to a very late shipment. I need them to refund and respond to my feedback. Resolution Sought I need Capelli refund the order and at least contact me about the solution.

To Whom It May Concern, The item that was on the customer's order was on back order/delayed with an ETA of 9/30. All customers for this product were notified of the delay. According to our records the customer elected to cancel the order for a refund on 9/17. Thank You,
