We had a patio and driveway poured in the summer of 2020 by GNC Concrete H In February of 2021 we noticed numerous cracks in the driveway and patio. We tried working with the contractor for most of the summer of 2021 into early fall they tried numerous times to fix the crack's but each time were unsuccessful finally after all their failed attempt's they just decided they were done and we haven't heard from them since early fall of 2021. We have also spoke to Gabriella Rusk and did an extensive interview with her and the Channel 15 investigate reports Resolution Sought Have GNC Concrete come back and remove concrete where the crack's are in driveway and patio and repour with a guarantee that cracks will not redevelop within a specific time frame or pay to have someone else fix the problem.

Company states; Please be advised that we are not going to return and do any type of services for this customer at this point. Since, we have already been there and done that for over a year now and every time we have gone back the customer was satisfied. So therefore, at this point no further correspondence will be provided in regards to this claim. Thank you, Owner

We were never satisfied, if we had been the company would not have had to come back time and time again for over a year as they stated and as pictures prove the cracks were never repaired!!!

Company states: We had stated previously that according to our contract we are not responsible for damage caused by weather which is out of our control. However, we on our own in good faith, tried to appease Mr. Morris to which he was seemingly satisfied. At this time we unfortunately cannot provide anything else for Mr. Morris.
