Rude to Customers!!

The main issue with this specific store is it's owner. They're constantly being rude to customers who leave a Google review they don't agree with. My main issue along with some others is they close whenever they want to all the time. I tried to get my order 2 days in a row and never anyone there. So I just canceled it. I'd like for this location to he shut down or them to switch ownership because you can't just treat people with such rude disrespect.
