I made an order online for 165.00 to purchase a 6 month subscription for a game they advertise. The exact same day I had to update my shipping information and they took it upon themselves to stick me with another subscription. So now I received the 6 month subscription at the wrong address and haven't received anything about the other. I went and e mail them to Tell them what happened. And that's when I was told about the second subscription. In this time I received and finished the first box of the correct order and wanted to precede onto the next batch.so their website gave me the option and I took it. Yet they took as a renewal of the subscription that I'm not supposed to have, and charged me again. Resolution Sought All I really want is the money they took from my account for the second subscription.
