GO AUTO MAX used my warranty to ALLEGEDLY put a NEW ENGINE in my 2008 Ford Expedition EL. The owner Mr. Kay submitted fraudulent documents after installing a improperly functioning engine from a 2008 Ford expedition that a year ago when i bought my Expedition i asked for the engine from that truck to which he told me and my wife it does t work. it only did they put that engine in my truck NOW KAY claims it does t have a warranty. I called Route 66 and reported this to them they said he told them i had a 12,000mile one year warranty. He refuses to repair the damage he did to my truck let alone put the proper engine in our truck. We're now facing eviction. Due to them taking holding our truck for a month with our working on it. Then submitted forged documents to the warranty company to facilitate payment . Mr Kay has committed wire fraud. He is also Guilty of Attempted Murder for profit because he knew our engine is defective but because he has NOT sold any cars in-the past few months(HIS) words. I feel after he hears the warranty gave me the full claim to use he took that 5,000 dollars and padded the books. 2800 for a DEAD engine with No warranty. According to another complaint filed 3 years ago he responded 11 months ago to that complaint stating they're a dealership OT a repair shop. So why did he tell my warranty company he would give me a new engine but instead gave me one that was good enough for a claim to be processed that's it. We need the engine that was paid for. Resolution Sought Give us the money back to get our engine they paid the mechanic 800.00 the mechanic (John) told me this during his dispute over profits with Kay o we the sale of engines that he pulled out of cars Mr Lay told him he's getting nothing so the mechanic exposed him. While this was going on Kay told him to hurry up with my truck because a female customer has a hearing in 2 weeks to which they just need the video to show the engine running to stall her claim. I bought a 2008 Ford Expedition EL from GO AUTO MAX 2537 Brice Rd the vehicle at time of purchase did NOT have a working horn. Since I've had this truck I've had to replace the alternator /starter (2X) /battery /ALL-brakes Hub Bearing/ tie rod /tires / Spark Plugs /headlight and taillight bulbs / ALL windshield wipers / Receiver Tow hitch. They sold me a truck they knew needed ALOT of work forced me to use my Route 66 warranty. GO AUTO MAX needs to be INVESTIGATED FOR WIRE FRAUD. They made me pay 2,000 dollars down payment would not let me give them 500. They ALLEGEDLY have NEVER heard of TILA. Wright Patt credit union gave them 12,000 to finance my truck and now they have scored again off the same truck this time by using my warranty to fabricate repairs NOT DONE. I ordered a new engine 38,000 miles go auto max denied the preset telling the warranty Senior Executives that they had a new engine that had 98,000 miles on the lot. What they did NOT say was the engine is trash. They called the warranty executives and told them my truck was done after sitting on their lot for 3 1/2 weeks OT TOUCHED then In three days they finally put the engine in which DOES NOT work. They sent a video of the engine when it ran a little bit ONLY TO SECURE the check from Route 66. This truck shut off In Traffic completely I called the warranty people and begged them to STOP payment on the check GO AUTO MAX TRIED TO KILL MY FAMILY I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND RECIEPTS RECORDED.CONVERSATIONS Resolution Sought I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TIME OFF WORK as well as for stress and undue hardship they had me walk a 2 year old to their shop just to go to advance auto get another starter walk, back then they closed for the day, but it thunderstorms before they left they DID NOT offer us a ride. Wouldn't give us any loaner until our truck was done. Lied on numerous occasions about the date of completion. Mr. Daniel Casey of ROUTE 66 has Recorded conversations and evidence. I WANT THEM SHUT DOWN money.
