On Sept 10th 2021, I purchased a $650 Hood from go cheap auto parts com an online merchant. The hood took 2 weeks longer to get here then I was told during the two week period. I disputed the charges with my card Co the striped Bank for time and they declined the dispute cuz I said the hood hadn't reached me yet, but it ended up reaching me, I forgot the date, but I canceled the dispute and talk while I ended calling the merchant & told him that I canceled the dispute, he told me to show him proof. I did and I still wasn't getting my money back cuz then he said he didn't have my money, so when they got the Hood, they still didn't call me. I had to keep continuously calling them & I spoke with Josh again, me & Josh have been communicating through text, he said that yeah, that they had gotten my money and that they were going to initiate a refund, well the refund ended up getting stuck with the processor, that's what Josh told me, so it was stuck with the processor the person who processes it I guess. I don't know, but so I'm just waiting for my money to get unstuck with the processor, which I don't know how that could possibly happen cuz it processes through a bank, is no way that our money should be stuck, no one else's cuz I was told it was a few people whose money that was stuck, so I'm just disgusted and I need my money. I don't have $650 for someone to just hold on to for me if that was the case the bank would be the ones to hold on to. Resolution Sought Give me a refund of $650.00 Plus for. The hardship
