Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On April 15, 2021 a payment in the amount of 455.00 was made to Go Configure LLC for the assembly of a Brindlewood Gazebo. We were informed that a crew of technicians would be coming to assemble the Gazebo and on or about April 21st, 2021 a technician arrived and advised me that he would be assembling the Gazebo by himself. After the first day it was apparent that the job was tough for one man and I helped him for about 5 hours and he didn't have a clue about how to assemble a Gazebo that size. He told me and my wife that he was going to go and find someone to help him and the next day around 1130 he showed up by himself again and told me he had hired a guy and he didn't show up so he fired him and would complete the job alone. After about 4 hours he informed my wife that he couldn't do the job by himself and that he had to go to saint Louis and would return on Sunday. I called the office to report what had occurred and was scheduled another appointment for May 7th, 2021. On may 3rd the technician that was supposed to be coming on the 7th texted and had questions about the date of Assembly. She informed me and my wife that they would not be coming to do the assembly and that she and her team were 4 hours away and was only paid 200 dollars as independent contractors. She stated they didn't do makeup work and that the drive along with the time to assemble the Gazebo would be about 15hours and wasn't worth coming for. The service representative has constantly lied to us. Sham! Resolution Sought Requesting that someone be sent out immediately or that Go Configure be made to pay for the assembly by another person. I have a team of certified technicians I have contacted that can do the work for 3.500 dollars.
