I had my HVAC system replaced in July ac was working good. When I tried to switch over to heat system in Oct it does not heat turn on then off withing 5 to 10 min. I have been calling since Oct to have someone fix it no answer. I sent texts and emails also and no answer. System was too expensive for this to happen. The work was not done properly as heat does not work but they do charge me a monthly fee for service. I should not have to pay so much for something that does not work properly due to installation. Resolution Sought Since they are so unreliable I would like a refund or 60 percent of what I paid so that I can have someone else fix the problem and install it correctly. I wish I had never called this company for my HVAC.
