I had an appt with goals on 2/2/2023 at 10:00 am, I live in Wilmington De. I drove and hour and 43 minutes to Gaithersburg Md. for a check to see if I'm eligible for surgery, I get there at 9:53 I ring the bell and no one is there. I go to my car and sit until 10:05 to allow the staff to arrive, i go back upstairs to see if anyone is there still no one has arrived I waited until 11:00am, no one showed up I leave go to the restaurant next door I eat, by this time it's 11:30 still no one is there I emailed the lady at the front desk she has me blocked. I called and sent a text message and still have not received a phone call, I call the Philadelphia location spoke with a guy named John who stated that the Dr.'s we're on vacation from Feb. to March 15th. To this day no one has called me to reschedule my appt. I have my actual surgery scheduled for 3/7/2023, this facility is very unprofessional and I want my money back. Resolution Sought I want Goals plastic surgery to refund my money, I want nothing to do with this establishment. This company needs to shut down they are taking ppl money not performing the surgeries ppl are paying for, they are messing up ppl bodies and ppl are actually paying twice because they are not satisfied with the results a class action law suit needs to be brought against Goals Plastic surgery
