They deserve 0/5 stars. On 11/23/21, a minor family member used my card without permission and purchased shoes # 650214853 totaling $436.28. GOAT was contacted immediately and notified by email and voicemail not to process the order. On 11/24/2021 at 3 pm,  Zoey L. /Veronica followed up with me via telephone, and I explained the situation.  She tracked the item and reported that the item was delivered that morning. I informed  Zoey L. /Veronica that I was at work, and I could not verify that the item was delivered. Zoey L. /Veronica reviewed the case with Shayne, manager.  They approved for the item to be returned with a full refund. The item was returned via UPS and delivered on 11/29 as per tracking details 11/29 UPS 1Z97747E1397384108 Since 12/5/21, I have sent multiple emails checking on the refund status without a clear answer. On 12/11, I had the family member check their email to verify if any communication was sent to them. To my surprise, GOAT support sent an email on 11/27 reporting that the claim was denied with five pictures depicting that the shoes were worn. The shoes were not worn. The UPS tracking shows that the item was delivered on 11/29/21. The supporting evidence with the email thread and a screenshot of the UPS delivery details were sent to GOAT support. How can pictures be taken of the item 2 days before delivery? On 12/22/21, Michael S. wrote me and agreed to add a credit to the minor family member's account.  This situation warran Resolution Sought Refund back to the card
