Promises Parts Does Not Deliver

Company takes your money, does not deliver parts. Gives excuse like starter was damaged during rebuild, coil not painted properly, etc. They can't provide method of shipment nor tracking number. Paul Baker when you are able to speak with, will claim noisy line, never returns call. Annie claims you are first to complain. Check Corvette and Camaro forums. Banned from advertising in NCRS Driveline. F rated with Consumer Affairs. Open complaints with Business Consumer Alliance. Terrible to do business with. Negative feedbacks in ebay under AARCHIVEHUNTER alias. Will not refund money. Paul shuts down communications after payment. Comes across as very knowledgeable and honest. Complete opposite. Becomes defensive when you file a complaint. Annie claims in business more than 27 years, but B-C Alliance shows only in business 7 years, not 27, another fantasy and conflicting statement. Very unprofessional company. Nightmare on West 16th Street.

I found Goat Hill Classics under alias in eBay advertising ignition coil for a SS396 Chevelle. Annie sent response to contact Paul directly. Paul heard me clear, suggested not buy on eBay, but will send me an invoice for a starter, water pump and coil, all original and restored for my collector car. Said all will be shipped within 10 days. After 20 days, followed up, Paul finally answered phone, claimed unable to hear me clearly. Would call me back immediately. After 2 1/2 hours I called and Paul answered. Said starter rebuild had problem. Will provide status. No return call, tried to use email address from invoice, received immediate delivery failure notice mailbox no longer valid, goathil@aol.com, contacted Consumer Affairs to learn of F rating, unlicensed. Referred me to B-C Alliance, they accepted complaint. Next day, Paul calls (12/16) upset and said packages shipped, to receive week of 12/19. Sent message via eBay to AARCHIVEHUNTER, Annie responds holiday shipping delays as excuse. Said has been sent, but does not provide method or tracking info. No packages received (1/1/17).

Checked internet learned Goat Hill Classics has open complaints similar nature. Paul would tell buyer same excuses of damages during rebuild, or paint issues on coil, or can't hear caller and would call back. Does not return calls. Does not provide any refunds, rips off consumer. Banned from NCRS on the Corvette Technical Forum discussion board. Complaints shared on Camaro Technical Forum discussion board. Has 98.7 feedback rating in eBay under AARCHIVEHUNTER alias.

Be smart, stay away from this business and individual. Corvette at Carlisle should be embarrassed from allowing Goat Hill Classics from holding a place at their annual swap and car show event in August of each year. Don't be a GOAT, shop elsewhere. The company is a disgrace to the collector car industry.
