I have an account a secondary account with a company called GoBank on Friday, February 23. I went into the CVS to try to use my bank card and it would not go through. Long story short. They have froze my account when I called the bank they couldn't tell me anything, but said they had some unusual on the account, I asked them to tell me what the unusual activity was and no one is able to tell me anything and they are holding my funds. They asked me to send in my identification front and back and wait for two business days. This was done on Saturday I sent my identification to them call them today, Tuesday which is two business days and they're telling me that I have to wait and I can't get my funds. I need to be resolved as soon as possible. I don't know what type of scam they are doing, but this need to be resolved immediately. Resolution Sought I need to be resolved as soon as possible.

I made two deposits from Green Dot to TDBANK. One for $62.97 and another for $10.00. I received email that both deposits were successfully received. This was on Dec 11, 2023. Green Dot then retracted the deposits, claiming there was no record of those deposits made. Resolution Sought I want the bank to return both deposits to the accounts they were originally deposited in.
