Hello Jermiesha, Hope you are doing well. First and foremost, I would like to express my deep regrets for the dissatisfaction you had. The order was placed using standard shipping method which has the normal turnaround time of 14-21 business days. The order was completed on time but unfortunately, the shipment got stuck in customs which resulted in an unusual delay. Luckily, the shipment got released few days ago and we dispatched your order using USPS on high priority basis. We see that the glasses have been delivered on 8th August under the USPS tracking # 9400111108070804314927. Hope that you are happy with the glasses received.
