Not ALL That Satisfied!
I ordered 2 pairs of Glasses in turn couldn't see out of them what so ever. Reported this to the company as they said for me to choose 2 New frames. Somehow my order got deleted. I had to redo the order again & call them after looking for 3+ hours for the right frames. I managed to get a discount with 1st order & placed replacement with a discount & was told It was NOT allowed! ??? This is how they are able to jack up there prices & get a great tax write-off for themselves! I managed to find 3 frames with a discount to tally up to be less then my original order & they refused to let me work it out that way. NO Discounts allowed! WoW Made me purchase the 3rd pair when I was inconvenienced over a month with lies & deception from there staff! Not to mention being blocked from Chat & phone I just want my glasses & Not ever again will I order again!

Hi Sherrie, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the service has not worked out for you as positively as we'd hoped it would. This is so unfortunate that the glasses didn't work for you. When the issue was reported with the received glasses, replacement was offered right away as we stand behind our products. The original order was placed back in January and we had a promo of 30% discount that time which was availed on the purchase. There was an unusual delay in the delivery of order and it was compensated by refunding the shipping charges. Because of the issue reported with the glasses, we honored the replacement free of cost which is the reason why other discount coupons are not applicable on the replacement orders as they are already free however we do allow customers to place new orders using ongoing promotions and it was done for the 3rd pair from your end. We never block anyone from chat or phone and we are already investigating the root cause of the trouble. Unfortunately, the lines were busy at the time you tried to reach us which caused the misunderstanding. The case has been assigned to the customer support manager who will reach you to assure satisfaction. Our sincere apologies for the overall inconvenience.
