I made a purchase of a 14k gold chain on May 14th of 2021, and was informed upon purchase that there would be a 6- 8 week waiting period to have the item made. I agreed to the 6-8 week waiting period. By July 22nd 2021 I started to call and email the business in order to get an update on the status of the order. I received no response until reaching out several more times. By October I had a tracking number but it had not showed movement in 30 days so I called the business again and was told my order was lost in transit and would need to be remade. So I was informed it would only be 2 weeks as they had an item ready which could be mailed out within 14 days. By December I reached out again several times and have since not been able to get a hold of anyone from the business via phone or email. I would just like a refund or my item shipped immediately. I have been very patient with Gold Fever Miami. Resolution Sought I would either like my original purchase item or a full refund as soon as possible.
